February News

Today the reports are in and 2006 has been the best years in God's Pantry history.  Again this shows what GOD can do when he has wonderful volunteers and generous churches.  Many great things have happened to the Pantry during the past year:

   *Pantry Three opening at First Presbyterian Church of Simpsonville.
   * God's Pantry is now on the web right here at GodsPantrySC.com!
   * 32,000 were served a weeks worth of food at a cost of approximately $2.70 per person.
   * 10 dialysis centers are being served a special box of food.
   *184 volunteers gave over 12,000 hours to make God's Pantry successful.
   * God's Pantry is totally computerized.  We have eliminated all waste with this system.

We have one problem that we need help with now.  To serve this number of clients with the cost per person, we will need over $90,000 this year.      We have a feast or famine financial problem.  If you could consider making a small donation each month, we could better adjust our budget.  God will provide!!!

In my job, I ponder what God has in store for God's Pantry this year.  It's going to be something awesome, I'm sure.  How do I know this?  Because I
work for an awesome "GOD"!!
